VSAM : How Repro for a RRDS file works

When a RRDS file is empty, it can be repro'd from any file. Here, the records from input file will be copied to RRN 1,2,3,4,5,6 and so on.

But When a RRDS file has some records, it should be repro'd from a RRDS file.
